TOGETHER THEY LITTER THEIR ESCAPE ROUTE WITH THE DEAD
Kit is a crazy mixed-up kid trying hard to live up to the image of his hero James Dean. He seeks fame, notoriety and prehaps even death. He also wants Holly, his innocent 15-year-old girlfriend. And to win her, Kit shoots Holly's father after a quarrel and burns the house down. Together they escape into the South Dakota countryside.
Pursued by the police, Kit embarks upon a murder spree killing people at the slightest provocation. Holly accepts the mindless slaughter seeing Kit as a modern romantic hero. But he is a psychopath, enjoying the chase and kill. . .
